Consultation Meeting of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Technology with the Dental Research Center Officials

A consultation meeting was held at the Vice-Chancellery for Research and Technology of Golestan University of Medical Sciences with the participation of Dr. Nazanin Mortazavi, Head of the Dental Research Center, Dr. Ezzatollah Kazeminejad, Deputy for Research at the Center, and Ms. Shabani, Center’s Research Expert, along with the Vice Chancellor for Research and Technology and the Director of Research Development and Evaluation.

The meeting aimed to evaluate the performance of the Dental Research Center, review the progress of research and technological activities, and identify strategies to strengthen and enhance the center’s scientific capabilities.

At the beginning of the session, the Head of the Dental Research Center presented a report on ongoing activities, existing capabilities, challenges, and available resources. Subsequently, Dr. Abdolhalim Rajabi, Director of Research and Technology at the university, provided a report on the center’s scientific outputs, indicating a notable growth and an upward trend in research publications.

Other topics discussed included the provision and procurement of laboratory equipment, financial support for scientific articles, and the allocation of incentive grants.

In conclusion, Dr. Roshandel, Vice Chancellor for Research and Technology, expressed a positive assessment of the center’s growth trajectory and emphasized the necessity of providing required equipment and supporting the development of the center’s research infrastructure.
